A Better has always been professional and courteous. From the office to the technicians we have not had a bad experience with them. We have been a customer for more than a decade with good reason. For example, we have an older unit under the house that is a candidate for replacement. Each time the technician comes to inspect it, he tells us that since it is old, we will need to replace it at some point, but they see no need to replace it as long as it's still working. They could prey on our inexperience and tell us to replace it now, but they are working people just like we are and value our time and money as much as they value their own. Barbara Stacey
