Outstanding service and response!! I called and received same day service even though it was late in the day. Nick, the technician, arrived on time work professionally and efficiently. He explained all his actions and service steps in clear, concise language so that I understood exactly what was being done to fix my air handling unit and thermostat. Nick was courteous and respectful at all times; noting that we had a new floor recently put in the house he took his shoes off when entering. I cannot speak any more highly of Nick and A Better Heating and Air. I will always return to them for service and maintenance work. Thank you!! Jerry Lyons
