Thank you, A Better Heating and Air, for such wonderful service today. Yesterday afternoon I noticed our upstairs A/C unit wasn't cooling properly. When we had the same issue today and our second floor was approaching 80 degrees, I called and spoke with Jamie. Though it was 2:45pm Friday on a holiday weekend and 87 degrees outside, Robert was at our home by 5:00pm and had the problem fixed - no charge - within 20 minutes. We've been doing business with this company for nearly 25 years from routine twice-annual maintenance to replacing our home's HVAC systems 7 years ago.
