We had major problems with our zone board and dampers. A tech came out on Monday and by Thursday our problems were solved. Rob did an especially great job figuring out what was wrong with our main damper. He got on the phone with other techs and figured out a way to solve the problem at no cost to us! It took him a lot of effort to implement the solution, but he stuck with it and now our house is heating evenly throughout - for the first time in 20 years! Phil Kelley
